Green Dolphin GD41297

Returning to Jeree Records in New Brighton, PA, where Billy Price made his first recording with the Keystone Rhythm Band ("Is It Over"), Price resurrects the spirit and feel of the southern soul music that came out of Memphis, Muscle Shoals, and Nashville in the 1960s and 1970s. The CD includes background vocals by Chicago veterans Dianne Madison (currently singing with Aretha Franklin), Theresa Davis (former member of The Emotions), and Robin Robinson, as well as a cameo appearance by Price's friend and mentor Otis Clay on Clay's "That's How It Is." The CD contains 16 great songs.
